Job: Bank Teller
Job Description
Bank Tellers provide customer service for bank customers. They process deposits, withdrawals, loans, and utility bills as well as cash checks. Most tellers use computer terminals to record deposits and withdrawals.
Necessary Education
High School Diploma

English, Mathematics, Business, Computer Applications
Working Conditions
- Usually works Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend hours
- Work may be full-time or part-time
- Work requires long periods of standing and constant communication with customers
- Work requires high level of attention to security

- With more education and experience, tellers may advance to head teller, new accounts clerk or a managerial position.
