Job Description

Customer service representatives interact with customers in response to inquiries and complaints about products and services. They typically perform clerical duties such as operating telephone and computer systems.

Necessary Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Some college education may be preferred

Working Conditions

  • Typically work in areas that are clean and well lit
  • Usually work a standard 40-hour week, but may work nights, weekends and holidays
