Job: Property Manager
Job Description
Property Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers or industrial parks. They inspect the grounds, facilities and equipment and arrange for maintenance. They also handle the finances of the property and see that bills are paid in a timely manner.
Necessary Education
Bachelors Degree
Helpful High School Courses
English, Mathematics, Business, Computer Applications
Working Conditions
- Works in clean, well-lit offices
- Spends a great part of the workday visiting the property
- May need to work at night or on weekends if a problem occurs
