Job: Adult & Vocational Education Teacher

Adult and Vocational Education Teachers provide instruction in vocational-technical education, adult remedial education and adult continuing education. They may work in classrooms or in an industry providing basic instruction, hands-on experience to adults.

Job Description

Necessary Education

Bachelor’s Degree is most often required. In general, vocational teachers need work or other experience in their field as well as a license or certificate.

Helpful High School Courses

Computer Applications, English, Mathematics, Specific Vocational Courses
