Job: Aerobics Instructor
Job Description
Aerobics instructors conduct group exercise sessions that involve aerobic exercise, stretching, and muscle conditioning.
Necessary Education
May vary; generally need certifications in the aerobics cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and first aid
Helpful High School Courses
Physical Education, Health, Biology, English, Mathematics, Business courses
Working Conditions:
- Most work indoors at fitness centers and health clubs
- Risk suffering injuries during physical activities
- May work some nights, weekends, and irregular hours
