Job: E-Commerce Analyst
Job Description
E-Commerce Analysts plan, develop, maintain and update electronic commerce sites for businesses. They solve problems such as making an e-commerce site secure for credit card transactions, keeping track of inventory, calculating shipping and tracking orders.
Necessary Education
Associate and/or Bachelors Degree
Helpful High School Courses
Sciences, Mathematics, English, Computer Applications, Computer Programming
Working Conditions
- Works in offices or laboratories
- Usually works a 40-hour week
- Work may cause eye strain, back, wrist and hand problems
