Job Description
Veterinary Technicians help with routine laboratory and clinical procedures for animals. They often supervise the care and handling of animals and work under the direct supervision of a veterinarian.

Working Conditions
- Work a regular work week with some evening and weekend hours
- Usually work indoors, though may work outdoors depending on the animal
- Work may be physically and emotionally demanding
